1. Return Standards

- Return request can be made within 7 days after receiving the product. After 7 days, the order will be automatically finalized. - Return request can be made only for clearly defective products or in case we sent you the incorrect product. - You cannot return products just because you changed your mind.

2. Return Procedures

- After sending us a return request, please submit the documented evidence(photos of the defective product/incorrect product) to our Customer Service Center. - Cash on Delivery: Once the return request is approved, send us the product via C.O.D shipment. Then enter the post carrier and invoice number through [My Account> Order History > Return Invoice Information] for corresponding product. - If, for some reason, you are not able to return the product via C.O.D shipment, please input your return invoice information as shown above, send the photo of the receipt for the shipping payment to our Customer Service Center and we will reimburse you.

3. Refund Policy by Return Conditions

- Returning an entire order: both the shipping cost and the full price of the products will be refunded. - Partial returns (returning specific items out of an order): Only the product price excluding the shipping cost will be refunded. - Refunds will be processed after the product provider receives the returned product. We will send out a notification once the return process is completed. - Cancelling a payment might result in a transaction fee. Refund amount will exclude the transaction fee. 4. Other

- We are not held responsible if the package is damaged or lost by the shipping company. Please contact the relevant shipping company. - CHARIS or the product provider (whoever is responsible for the reason for return) will bear taxes and other expenses that arise during the return process.
